Initial Evaluation
75 minutes | $300
Extensive in-home occupational therapy assessment involving a thorough parent interview; clinical observation of your child’s current feeding status, self-care skills, and play skills; and tailored goal development.
Follow-up Treatment Sessions
50-55 minutes | $160
Private one-on-one therapy sessions to ensure individualized treatment and intentional collaboration with your family towards functional goals.
*Available to those who have completed an initial evaluation with me or provide a relevant and thorough OT evaluation report completed in the last 6 months.
Re-Evaluation
55 minutes | $225
A follow up assessment after 6 months of treatment in order to evaluate current progress on goals and collaborate on next steps for child’s plan of care.
*Available to those who have completed an initial evaluation and treatment sessions with me for at least 6 months.
Consultation
45 minutes | $135
Professional consultation services for teachers, school-based providers, or other professionals working with your child. Includes review of current strategies, observation (if applicable), and collaborative development of evidence-based interventions to support your child’s feeding, sensory, or developmental needs in community settings.

Targeted parent education and consultation for families seeking guidance and strategies without pursuing direct treatment. Includes discussion of your child’s current challenges, evidence-based intervention strategies for home implementation, and resource recommendations to support your child’s feeding, sensory, or developmental needs.
